Stein Mart

Hate to see Stein Mart close. I first shopped the Stein Mart ln Greenville, Mississippi over 50 years ago. Aunt Mariam and Mr. Stein would visit and discuss the concerns of both a Lebanese female and Jewish male retailer. It is something that may have disappeared today. I have a chair upholstery from Stein Mart and other items that have outlasted the two individuals. Bittersweet.

Today, we were entering the store in Wichita when a friend approached. I related to her about the recent loss of both my parents. The young woman working outside the door overheard this conversation. As we left the store, she called to me and said she was sorry and hoped I would find peace. She took my hand and with tears told me she was so sorry. Such compassion is so awesome and appreciated. I wish I knew her name. God bless her.

This was a nice store. It's too bad it's closing because they have nice, quality stuff there.

Mist favorite place to shop. Great Quality merchandise, and prices. Customer Service! Excellent!

Good service, good welcome and closing. Items are really cheap and attractive.
