Been alittle of a month since I was towed in here. From the start Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable in the service department. For everything wrong with my truck they had it taken care of in a timely manner and a very knowledgeable mechanic(Logan). The whole team at summit in Wichita won over my business. I live in Joplin Missouri and will take the 3 hour drive to bring my business back!

My experience buying my new truck at this location wasn't satisfactory.nFirst I don't have complaints from the sales person, but the service department. I drove fromnHouston, TX got there on Friday morning, I agreed to buy truck, Friday evening got a call from sales person telling me truck would be ready Tuesday, so I drove Monday night to be there Tuesday morning.nTruck wasn't ready something about code on battery charge.nLeft about almost 4pm.nThat's one thing, the truck had the top extension fairing my offer was I buy it you remove it which they did see the pictures bad scratches, But the other thing detailing the truck for delivery, was told they didn't have some one to do it. They offered to wash the truck. Which they have to drive somewhere to get it washed.nIt was worst see pictures how my new TRUCK WAS DELIVERED TO ME. Dirty mirrors, windows, grease on door, seat....

I bought a 2014 Freighliner Cascadia semi truck on 08/07/20 Summit Truck Group. I had issues with the truck and I called Summit Truck Group to see if there’s anything they can do to help. Well they went well over what I would of thought is help. They shared the bill of service with me even though they had every right not to, and in this day and age your lucky if you get a respectable response to your issues. I’m grateful with Summit Truck Group especially Terry and Tony. Thanks

Chad not very customer courtesy oriented. Over charged. Bait and switch presented one written cost but when presented with bill was over $400. More. I do not recommend this dealer. Next time if I have a necessary repair I will tow it somewhere else then this place. Do not recommend doing business with them.

I wanted to give one star in the beginning but decided to be fair and rated as 3/5. We had towed the truck to Summit on Monday with 5mph derate. It took the shop one day to look at the truck which is OK for any dealership. They did the estimate for some other issues unrelated to derate which we opted out to do. At the end in addition to the repairs they did we got $200 miscellaneous items added. When I asked to clarify where that charge came from I was told that there is a $99 computer hookup fee and 16% (of labor cost) as a shop fee. So you should expect to pay $500 just for them to look at the truck. At the end it was $1350 bill for battery replacement and minor diagnostics. They got the truck going, but just be aware the effective hourly rate ( incl shop fee) would be over $168/hour which is pretty expensive
