Love it only complaint is my husband didn't buy me anything and that my friends is true love❣
8/05/2017 Sales person was nice but the process to purchase the bike took forever, it seemed like they wanted to play the normal car sales type games. After the purchase we never received a single follow up call asking if everything was okay ,how we like the bike or anything.n8/26/2020 Update!nI would like to say that my husband and I had a great experience with Twister City recently. I bought my bike 3 years ago and also purchased the 3 year service contract . We called and scheduled for them to do the recommended service before my contract ran out. The dealership sent Quniton to come to my place of business and pick up my bike along with my husbands that was not purchased there and complete the services for both bikes!nThey also detailed both bikes for us which was a huge time saver for us as we were leaving for South Dakota the following week. I will say while purchasing the bike was a little disappointing with the time it took the service we got after the sale was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their bikes worked on!nnI will also like to say that I greatly enjoyed speaking with Quinton when he picked up our bikes and then again when to went to picked them up!
This dealership is the best! Top notch and sets the bar. From Rick in sales, to Rodger in Parts, John in service, Jared in Finance, Dan and the whole entire staff, you are in good hands! Everyone here is friendly, welcoming and treats you like part of the family. Just purchased my second Harley from here and will come back to buy the next one.
Just recently purchased a trike, really nice folks, great service, knowledgeable, friendly and we got it for a pretty darn good price all included. We're already planning the next purchase and it'll definitely be with these folks.
Very hassle free dealership. NOT you typical salesman jamming uninteresting things down your throat. I was in total control of my experience and was treated with respect and treated very good. Thank you Chip, Josh and Mark!!
