Out of the local Firestone's I prefer the Greenwich location. They always treat me good and price match. My appointment is always honored and wait times are pretty accurate.

Do not take your car here. This is the worst automotive place I ever encountered. They charged me 62.18 for a oil change for a 2012 Sonic. So they say, the sticker that you put in the dash had nothing on it when the next oil change is do. By the way after dropping off my car they told me I needed 4 new tires and the check engine light was on. I refused the tires and Told them when the engine light comes on is indication of an oil change. To sum it up they did nothing to my car and charged me 62.18 for a oil change.
Well run shop. Clean, including the bathroom. Store Manager, Joe kept me informed about progress of my work. Tech knew what he was doing. The problem I thought I had. Was not the problem. Anyhows, check them out.
Awesome! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Always does a quality job. I've taken 4 vehicles here for tires and minor repairs/ services. They are the only auto care place that my family takes our vehicles to.
