These guys were phenomenal. I came in for an oil change from out of town (Dallas TX) and merely mentioned that my car was making a noise I hadn't heard before but was worried it may be a bearing going out in the wheel, and they went above and beyond to put us at ease. They checked out every possible thing it could be and honestly had every opportunity in the world to take advantage of us, and they told us it was a super simple fix.nVery honest and super customer service oriented.
Always an awesome experience at this location. I can trust that they’ll never try to push me to do something I don’t really need to do. Their work is quick and efficient. Everyone is so friendly. AND it feels safe to wait in the lobby in the age of COVID. I will never go anywhere else while I’m in Wichita. Thanks, guys!
Fantastic Service. I arrived for an oil change and needed more done. They showed me the damage before repair. They gave me a discount without my asking. An elderly gentlemen struggled with his Groupon app and was waited on and assisted by one of the men here very patiently. Another man was treated similarly by a different employee and that was just in the hour or so I waited. The lobby is comfortable and the employees are incredible. Highly recommended.
Got an oil change at a neighborhood Jiffy Lube in Gladstone, MO, and noticed shorty before we passed through this area that it was WAY overfilled. Stopped at this location and they immediately jumped into action to help us fix the problem and get back on the road. Professional, polite and service with a smile!
