Battery light was on so I go in to get it checked out and they tell me I have a bad alternator. They give me the good news that it’s still under warranty so I go home and pull it off then go back in to get my new one then come to find out “it’s still good, you don’t need an alternator” said a different employee. I go home and put it back on, now two weeks later here I am broke down with a bad alternator. I had always heard the employees act as if they work off commission and they do all they can to not warranty their product but I never believed it until now. I won’t ever spend another dollar O’Reilly’s.

The staff here are great and it’s one of the for service, I can say personally out of all the locations many of the staff are very helpful and the managers do a good job of keeping it all tip top.
