great sevice
The guys at Tires Plus ROCK! I had an appointment at the Rock Road location. The place was packed but they got me in and out fast. Also there was nowhere to sit so they let me sit in their office so I wouldn't have to stand. Thank you for an awesome experience!
I thought the service was great, though the tires were a little more expensive then some shops. Then I went for an alignment, and discovered that I needed a new strut (The car had had a blown tire, and hit a curb as a result.) They have a 400% mark up on parts! They were presenting me a bid for $800 for parts that are available at all the local parts stores for $200 total.
Took my car in on Sunday and told them the left rear tire was low, paid for a patch and went on my way. The next day leaving for work my left rear tire was completely flat, took it back in and was told it was a bead seal issue only to find out they were working on the front right tire the entire time...so what patch did I pay for on a non flat tire? Won't be coming back after my issue is fixed.
Douglas is a great manager he made the problem right and is honest does great customer service. Thanks for helping with my two vehicles Tires Plus. Will be back!
