Went for oil change, was in and out with in an hour. They did a thorough check of the vehicle, changed wiper blades and I was done. The consultant was amazing and updating me along the way. Definitely recommend.
Travis was awesome! It's rare to find someone that knowledgeable about their product. Out the door in 32 minutes. Keep giving me reasons to never go back to silverado.
They are always fast and friendly
I have used this quick Lane three separate times. Two times for oil changes and tire rotations and one other time for a battery corrosion repair. For each of the oil changes it took over 3 1/2 hours each time, at one point they had to shuttle me home because I needed to be somewhere and they couldn’t get an oil change and tire rotation done in three hours. On my last visit my vehicle condition report reported all my brakes were in good condition, a month goes by and I here grinding in my rear brakes. The back driver side was completely worn down to the rivets. Not sure how brakes go from good condition to be completely worn down to the rivets in one month with normal driving. I specifically was paying attention to my brake condition because I was anticipating needing breaks in the near future, but with their inspection they appear to be in good condition with plenty of miles left. I have been very disappointed in the timeframe they are able to complete “quick lane” car maintenance and they are dishonest because they’re saying they’re inspecting things and they’re not, which leads me to believe are they really doing the work they say they’re doing. I will not return here for any sort of car care.
It was great. But like all good things, there is always a snafu. I was supposed to have a loaner. And they were supposed to detail the car. Not just clean it up. But great service.
