Went thru the automatic brushless at 4:19 pm on 9/11/2020. I purchased the $12 wash. No soap, foam, clear coat, or spot free rinse. Only sprayed my truck with water. I tried calling the # provided on the website 3 times, only to receive a busy signal all 3 times.
Inserted $20 bill into the change machine. Received $9 in quarters. I called customer service number 3 times in 1 week to correct the issue. I received a text message stating they would send a refund via mail. Been a month and a half with no further response to texts or voice mails.
Paid 10 dollars for ultimate car wash and got a 5 dollar car wash job. I left with having bugs on my windshield and grill still. Missed the middle of the vehicle from front to back. Blow dryers didn't get all the car dry. Will not be returning back. I can go to 50th and Broadway south and get a better car wash for about the same price.
While you should never have high hopes for a car wash, heck just about every car wash where you clean yourself is basically junk. Though this one is notably bad for its delay in switching between prewash, soap and rinse. It feels like theft. To be fair though, I have not used their automatic wash. Go here if you need to, but a subscription to some of the bigger car washes in town is a much better choice.
Promptly paid for a $9 wash and before I could even check my account I had been billed $10. Totally wrong it's not the amount of the money its the fact that the machine does it every time to scam you that's not right. The owner better contact me because I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau I'm tired of this. And this review is actually for his other business that's not listed on Google maps which is on Tyler road. My apologies if it's a different Zach's car wash but I don't think so.
