My experience with All Star Limos was amazing! Their communication was on point. I felt heard, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. My driver, Mark was fantastic; he was professional and dressed well, and perfectly polite and flexible when we needed to change our route plans.nI was told up front that there are no hidden fees...and it was true. My total price included tax, and gratuity for the driver and I was very happy with it. The Limo was clean, and stocked with glassware for us to use, and I was able to hook my phone to the Bluetooth and play my own music. My whole party was completely comfortable and we had such a wonderful evening!

After having our Christmas light tour reservation cancelled due to inclement weather I received a call and was offered an “upgrade” if I would be willing to book a different time slot. Considering this date was the ONLY one my large family had available I made the switch. Was very disappointed as the heater was completely non working and the windows in the limo were fogged the entire time which made it very difficult to view any Christmas lights. The driver was nice and apologetic, at least. I sent a message to the owner the next day expressing my concerns and got zero response. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other limo companies in Wichita they offer better service and fully functioning vehicles.nnEdit*** the driver even said heater was broken when I mentioned it was blowing COLD air. Also I did get a response to my message from several days ago, after I left a negative review of this company, stating they would “contact the owner” with my concerns.

The woman who booked the Christmas light tour was so great! She booked everything perfectly. The owner called to follow-up and made sure all promises were fulfilled!

We had All Star Limos provide services for a Surprise Birthday Party trip. Our driver was Craig and he was excellent. The H2 was very clean and sharp looking. I booked online and they were VERY HELPFUL. Any questions I asked, they promptly replied. VERY VERY SATISFIED AND WILL USE AGAIN. You won't be disappointed.
