Sedgwick County Afton Lake

I have enjoyed going to this Lake for the past 5 decades I have never boated on this Lake per say it's very small. My favorite memories were the Lake Afton Grand Prix. You can fish and camp and it's close enough it's great to get away from Wichita for a little bit. I would recommend. There's also an observatory located there I would highly recommend that also.

It was a nice lake close to town. Few spots were taken up by RVs that look like they've been there for a while. The park was clean. Bathrooms were locked.

Beautiful place to visit. Peaceful for camping. Lake slap full of fish. So many that at night you can hear them jumping out of the water.

Nice sized lake looks well kept not overcrowded I've caught a few fish and it have nice camp gound and good bait shop

Well kept. Bathrooms were stocked. Wish my bathroom had curtains or some stall covering but overall we had a good stay.
