VERY VERY rude when the receptionist called me earlier. She got mad and gave me attitude cuz she couldn’t explain her self wellud83dude44ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0f All she had to say was “your insurance sent us your request and we got it” instead she tried making it sound like I called them and I was going to payud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0f Kidd’s towing needs to hire professional people who know what there trying to explain. I don’t see why they even called me anyways cuz my insurance last night said everything is good until the tow truck comes later. I guess they just like to call early for no reason and be VERY rude. Kidd’s tow was always my first option, not anymore.
Showed up quickly. Dakota offered to jump the vehicle, and advised that sometimes our model will not take a charge from another vehicle. Hooked up to our van and it started right up. Still offered a tow and to follow us to the shop. Dakota was professional and courteous, would recommend again.
Their response was very quick and they had my car unlocked in no time. Strongly suggest if the need arises for you.
Very professional and friendly easy to work with good job guys and gals of kidds towing. Thank you for helping me.
