Just a heads up... if you purchase your tires online they will NOT pull out of their in stock inventory to put them on your car. You will have to purchase in store and cancel your online order. This wasted just over 4 hours of my day.
Took truck in for a oil change. After one hour walking around the store I get a call. That they had to cancel my oil change. Since the drain plug was on too tight. I went and bought oil and did it my self. The drain plug in above skid plate makes it difficult to get too. But it was not tight came right off. Just to lazy to get to the plug and lied.
The inside counter told me I had to check in outside for an oil change, then I waited as it took the two people working outside an hour to check in one person. I'm not spending my whole day trying to get an oil change. What a joke.
The tire lube has really good customer service and they make sure their customers are care of as quick as possible!!!
They aren't going to set any speed records mounting your tires, but so far the tires ride smooth and quiet with no vibrations. Technician was helpful and polite.nnIf you're buying tires, set up an appointment. It will take them an hour+ to mount and balance, but without an appointment you'll be there hours.
