These guys went above and beyond!! Can't begin to say how grateful I am. Traveling from Oklahoma to Colorado on a Sunday, and a belt shredded. Not only did they take care of the part, but they called in a favor to a friend who came to the store and put it on. There is no way we could've made it home without all their help. I ordered a strainer for a fuel pump. They said it would only take 3 days to get it in. I came in 3 days later to find that the part was still setting on the desk in KC. A week later the same. Over two weeks later I finally got my part. This won't happen again. I'm back to Advanced Auto!

Went in and I was able to find what I needed. I was approached by an employee who asked had i found what i needed which never happens anymore. So after getting my items checkout was fast and done with some conversation and a smile. I'm not always at these types of stores but the experience I had would make this one of my much preferred choices if I ever have a need again.
