I dont understand how the different managers I spoke to today at different times in regards to when does a specialty vendor comes in to re stock their section and not have an answer is beyond me. I get not knowing the time of day cause it could vary but seriously you should know the day atleast. Either way I'm sure you must have some communication with the vendor on ordering unless its POS which you should still know your delivery day.
Dr. orders prescription to this pharmacy, they fill it and notify me it's available for pickup, 5 minutes later I'm there to pick it up and they're closed on a meal break. Why not send the notification AFTER their meal break as to not waste customers' time? That's just poor customer service. If it were further away, like it is for plenty of other folks, in the middle of a busy day, that's just a waste of time.
Worse drive thru ever period
Rph had no issues lamenting about her schedule and checking her cell phone vs. filling prescriptions and providing shots per scheduled times. She also provided no counseling on new prescription despite state law mandate
The worse service I ever had. This pharmacist is the most mean and unprofessional person that I deal with in long time. With a contempt speech she almost send me out when I was just asking for help and directions. Also made fun with her coworkers about my broken English and look me down being even more disrespectful then. I hope not many people have to deal with this personal before they get fired because of their disgusting behavior.
