I HAD a parking pass in my car, hanging on the rear view mirror, in an O lot, and they gave me a ticket for not having a parking pass. On the phone, they said it didn't appear in their photos and that it'd only be reduced to a $5 ticket.nnOn the way there, the parking garage sensor let me in, so it obviously could tell I had a ticket. When there, they told me I had to hang it more visibly and still had to pay. Apparently making people buy parking passes isn't enough, they need to steal from people when they've already bought a pass.nnHow can they do this? This is outrageous! it's unfair! How can you have a parking pass and get a ticket?
Plenty of parking available; I got on the bottom floor with plenty of room. Then again, I went on a Sunday afternoon. I'm sure all you K-State crazies have a different experience during the week.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is extremely rude. It's not a service. It's a straight up scam how they take people's money. Ask anyone what they think of K-State parking services and 99% of the time you'll get the same review.
Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Was treated like I was stupid upon entering the garage and was yelled at when exiting because nothing was clearly marked.
They charge students hundreds of dollars for a pass to a garage that's always full. It also does not help when all the other lots are full too. Tickets or miss class?
