I wanted to visit my grandson in his classroom. My first contact was with the secretary, I think her name was Vickie. She was so gracious, helpful, and warm over the phone. Then I called his teacher, Miss April, to see what might be possible. She answered and helped me feel welcome to come and be a part for any part of the day. As a kindergarten teacher in another district, I am so glad that my little guy has her as his first teacher. She was organized and calm and excited about the day's activities. She quickly and calmly attended to one little boy who was having some difficulties. Great atmosphere created by the secretary and Miss April!
No compassion for children experiencing domestic violence in their homes.
Not as secure as most schools in town, but that's due to the historical building and cost to renovate debate
