Horrible customer service. I was given additional items i did not order, when i contacted owner she told me "hope you can use them or make money off them" Only offered a refund AFTER i made a big deal of it. We have only had our sweatshirts for 2 weeks and all of the printing on them is already fading and cracking after washing. Very disappointing, would not recommend. There is a reason why they have cheap pricing.
