Great service and great food! I absolutely love this place! I ordered the Italian and they didn’t have salami but offered to replace the salami with something else. I really enjoy spending my money here! Also the place is clean and well- kept!
This is the only sandwich place I go in Manhattan for a reason. The owner builds a solid relationship with every regular customer. The amount of food you get for your money is the best deal in town. The workers know what they are doing and follow sanitary guidelines well: something that can't always be said for sandwich shops. I get a ham sandwich with provolone and standard dress, sweet tea makes this a very refreshing meal for long workdays. I have never had a bad experience here, and I seriously doubt I ever will.
I usually have a great experience every time I come to Mr. Goodcents but this time it wasn’t so great and I wanted to actually done in this time with my son . I had to have my sandwich remade Because the guy wasn’t listening and I still think he put the wrong sauces on my sandwich . When it was time to remake the girl threw my bread down and the meat on top . My bread was flat and I know that there wasn’t enough meat on there like usual or the sandwich that was made before it was messed up . My son Kids size looked better than my 6” . I told the guy I wanted to use three dollars off of loyalty rewards and he took 30 cents and ran my card before making sure and didn’t give me my receipt just threw it away. Not good for someone that comes here all the time and I’m pregnant as well.
We ordered 6 sandwiches; all made accurately. Veggies were fresh and sandwiches were delicious! I wish we had one at home.
I'd give 5 stars, but the manager is the only one who doesn't wear gloves/mask and he is constantly handling food - its pretty sad because I love this place and the employees. They all do their job very well and are pleasant people. I just hate to see a manager thinking he's above others, and the customer pays for it with potentially unclean food.
