Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center

Sales people not as helpful or polite today very unusual

I visited several outlets today looking for computer accessories. I had the best luck at the Henderson store on Stephanie. Very organized and clean. I'll be making this my go to store first from now on!

I go in and spend about 25 minutes looking for a sport coat and I wanted to politely ask for a hanger the manager denied me and I left my purchase on the counter. I understand foremost garments you need to recycle or when it's something like a sport coat just can't be put in the back it will ruin the Garment

One of the better goodwills as far as management goes in the valley, they always seem to have the cashiers working which seems to be the problem and most of the goodwills, simple fix for management if there's two or more people in line get another cashier up there, nothing sours the experience of rummaging through a thrift store and then having to stand in line for 20 minutes to get out of there

Would of gave it a 5 ☆ but the cashier we had was very very rude we've had her before and I don't think she likes her job especially when its busy no personality what so ever 😉😏 she just threw clothing inside the bags without folding them like some other cashier. I'll get her name tag next time so yall can skip her! Some stuff are kinda pricy though.
