The new person in the jewelry section is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. No guilt about online returns. It is great.

With all the major cutbacks, customer service is non-existent. ☹ufe0f I am very handicapped physically, although I look normal and walk with a cane. I love to shop at JC Penney and will continue to do so, but it takes me a lot more energy and time to even buy one item. Shoe shopping was difficult without a clerk to help me. I am still glad that our JC Penney is not closing like so many have. ud83dude42

The employees here are extremely helpful and there is always good deals to be found.

Limited selection of boys' shoes. Clerk wasn't wearing her mask correctly and at one point had pulled it down around her chin.
