The staff here is so friendly, and they were very helpful.

Up to date merchandise and friendly staff. The only problem is that the music is often too loud.

I was never asked for my phone number to get my rewards. After my purchased I looked on my receipt and she had added someone else's reward on my purchase. We went back to ask why someone else's name was on there and she made it look like thats the number I had given her even though she never asked me for my number. In front of her manager she tried playing it off as if she didn't do it. Very unprofessional and will not be shopping there again.

My wife and I were shopping during a clearance sale and she found a dress she liked. The sale sign, which was right next to the dress, said all orange ticket items were on sale and the dress had an orange ticket. When we went to the checkout the dress rang up as full price. When we asked about the sale price the cashier asked two other employees about it and they said firmly that the item was not on sale. I understand that mistakes happen, but none of them could be bothered to walk 15 ft to the sign and none of them were apologetic about their error. Very bad customer service.

Employees knew their merchandise, nice atmosphere, has everything you'd expect in a hot topic. Decent clothes, like most people I'm only attracted to partial of the selection.
