Waiting 25 min outside to be denied a simple return. Pathetic.
Purchased leggings from another (more friendly) location and came to exchange a pair of leggings the manager “Gabby” was not willing to help at all and was very rude. I called two other locations and had explained to them My horrible experience at this location with the manager and they invited me to their store. When I got to one of the locations they were more then willing to help me and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll never be back to this location due to Gabbys poor customer service skills. For the amount of money I spend with Lululemon I had higher expectations for the customer service gabby delivered.
The prices are definitely a little more expensive than other retail shops, but well worth the money. Their product is the most comfortable and durable line I've ever worn. I also had a great experience with this location in particular. The 3 girls were very helpful and patient (I'm very picky), and I fell in love with 2 pairs of workout pants that Erin hand picked. Thank you ladies!
LOVE the proximity to home, in a good way and a bad way. Unfortunately, now I'm more likely to "pop" in and see what's in.
