Due to Covid19 all stores were closed on Mother's Day, so my husband purchased a gift card for me online. I had no trouble purchasing items for delivery with the first card, but when I tried to do "curbside pickup" with the second card I was facing a lot of difficulty. Susan, at the Green Valley District location, was extremely helpful. She made everything possible. I was hesitant to call, because I understand that this is a stressful time and difficult situation for everyone, but Susan was so nice and happy to help. I hate not purchasing clothing within the "brick and mortar" stores, but it was an acceptable adjustment until they are able to open again, thanks to services like that which Susan provided. I do still prefer the "brick and mortar" method, so I do hope that you will reopen soon. Thank you!

Staff NOT at ALL helpful!! Only thing they did was start a room for me & put clothes in there for me, NEVER came to check on me!! Love the clothes, but won't go back to that store!!!!!
First rate fashion choices, out of tge ordinary styles and good prices...
White House Black Market has the most gorgeous and best quality clothing. The staff are helpful and friendly. The sizing is perfect and there's so many options. I buy most of my clothes here because after wearing their clothes, products from other stores feel so inferior in quality. I love this store!
