Today was the first time I had a bad experience. The sales girl that was helping me just as I was ready to checkout said that she would check online for one item that I wanted and could not find in the store. Instead, she dropped helping me and went to help another woman with online and check out. I left my items at her side and let her know that I did not appreciate her just abandoning helping me.

First time purchasing from Soma. I had a bra fitting done by Amy. She was quick, professional and made me feel comfortable and confident with the choices that I purchased. From beginning to end my experience at Soma was excellent. Will definitely be going back!
