They’re doing a good job opening during a pandemic, like curbside pickup and having them shop for you behind the counter. The workers here are so sweet to my little puppy when we walk by, and they even have water and treats for her. I think they’re doing a great job with customer service amidst the COVID chaos.

I tried to shop here, but because my mask is lace they would not let me. They didnt offer a proper cover either. An the lady was extremely rude. I explained that I have drove over an hour to come there and that I had $50 to spend there and she just said "oh well that's sucks"

Super friendly staff here! I love their bath bombs.

The Lush in the District are so safe, welcoming, and friendly. I can't go to the District without stopping to shop.
