Poor customer service. Went in a couple minutes before closing and the lady was so irritated that customers walked in right before. We need a quick drink-very rude, unprofessional, attitude. Very successful at not getting customers to come back though!

i went in for a product while they had just gotten the truck of merchandise and the man said to come back in 2-3 hours and they should be stocked. well i did come back and it still wasn’t stocked. so whatever he said to leave my name and number and they’ll call me the next day when it is stocked. well i never got a call. and i went in and they still weren’t stocked up. it doesn’t take that long to stock up the shelves...

The pharmacy here is lacking customer service, I needed a prescription filled on the 6th. They told me it wouldn't be available until Monday 8th, when we called Monday the 8th the pharmacist said she wasn't sure she could still fill it but she would try to see what she can do and call us back in 15 min. No call back, I go down the pharmacy and no prescription and no call back and the pharmacist is gone. Today the 9th I'm calling them again and she is all causal nope sorry I don't have it - do you think maybe you could of let us know YESTERDAY so we could of called the Dr to have the prescription transferred. This is pain medicine your a pharmacist and you know people who take pain medicine it's a chronic condition, can't go 3 days without pain medication and if you don't then you need to go back to school.

I have been using this CVS Pharmacy for 10+ years and the Pharmacy has fallen apart over the years. I'm in my mid 40s so this isn't just an older person complaining, but people still like to go where they feel like people know them. This store has changed out all there employees and the new crew are rude and are clueless. They don't have compassion for the customers of any age that come in there. I would switch to another CVS but I have family members that have the same issue and more at the other CVS on the other end of Valle Verde. CVS doesn't have enough help in there stores. I think it's time to get my pills in the mail from another company. CVS won't care but they should because there goes the extra money I spend when I go into there stores.
