Today, my family and I went in to CVS to get our flu shots at the Horizon location. Wow what a day, the kids do fine but I became very faint after my son jerks his arm and then I receive mine. It was an ordeal, but Lauren and others at the pharmacy were amazing. Lauren was great with my children, and took very good care of me as well. I appreciate the staff at this location and the bedside manner. Great experience. Thanks Lauren!

Honestly the drive thru window should be fast and efficient. One car should not take more than 5 minutes and if it does they should have to leave the window. One car took 15 minutes what are you doing filling their medications then? Hell no make them come back!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a lot of the products that I have used for many years are being eliminated. The store is being stocked with "Green products" so the body sprays, hair products like Finesse and other face creams like Mother of Pearl are now gone. I have been a CVS customer since 1988 and now trying to find the products that I use is going to be a challenge. Even though I do try these new products they don't do or live up to the quality of the old ones. Sad but true.

The clerks at this location are nice and always make us feel welcome in the store.

This CVS literally ruined my night. I called at 8 AM today and requested a specific product to be placed on hold. I spoke to a guy who double confirmed the product and its availability. He told me the product would be waiting for me behind the register. I explicitly expressed that I wouldn’t be there to pick it up until the late evening because of work. He assured me it would be no problem at all. I arrived around 7-8 PM that SAME day, and I was super excited to purchase the item I was promised. Turns out it was NEVER placed on hold. The item was sold out, and there were none in the back. The other workers weren’t even sure when the next shipment would be in. I made this trip to this exact CVS all to be utterly disappointed. I left extremely frustrated. Very irresponsible, unprofessional, and a waste of time. For this, I will not be returning.
