Osage State Fishing Lake

I enjoyed the time with my family.

I enjoy going to Osage Lake. It's usually quiet and you can relax close to home. It has camping area's that have no amenities. Fishing is hit or miss for crappies, bass, lots of catfish.

It was a wonderful place . so privet. Just remember leave no trace and bring your water and potty . And don't lose your keys like I did. And If you do lose them ,save 7 hrs. Search time. First things first. Set down and have a little talk with God. Tell Him you know He Knows where the keys are and would he please tell you where there are. 60 seconds and there they were in plain sight on the hood of the truck. I could of saved 7 hrs. if I had asked God for help and guidance first. I hope to have a chance to visit your lake again someday and I'll tie my keys around my neck .Because I sure missed out on a day of fishing at a beautiful campsite 10 foot from a wonderful lake. Thank you for the kindness of your people.

Beautiful lake. Just wish the bushes were cut back more and there were thrash cans so people have a place to put their garbage. Need's a few more picnic tables in an area where the grass is cut down low. The boat ramps could use the work as well as roads need more gravel. It would be a nicer place if it was maintained better. That's what our tax dollars are supposed to do.

This lake is sooo nice and clean. Lots of shade. And a great place to take the family ud83dudc9c☀ufe0fud83dudc3e
