Highly recommend this store! We went there quite a few times for ice cream and sent our boys to get us coffee in the morning. Delicious coffee! The store was adorable! Great service!
Really great ice cream. We love going there, but I’m disappointed in their lack of COVID-19 safety precautions. They don’t require customers to wear masks and their space is confined and cramped. They don’t enforce 6 foot social distancing and in busy times, customers are sandwiched in on top of each other. On top of that, they have huge fans blowing the air everywhere. I don’t like that staff don’t wear gloves. They touch the contaminated till, then scoop ice cream without washing their hands. I saw their bare hands actually touch the ice cream as they served it, and they don’t wash between customers. It’s too bad, because the ice cream is really good, but their safety and sanitation is lacking.
Fantastic Iice cream and lovely merchandise. I think the owner wrote the book on Customer service. Make it a point to go to Medora just to visit this lovely shop.
Busy place and for good reason. 20+ ice cream choices and prices were what you'd expect.
We stayed in Medora for 2 nights and we dropped in several times for coffee, ice cream, and frappes. Everything was very good, including the service. When we were there in August, it's worth noting that they are open until 8 pm, while most other places seemed to close by 7 or 7:30, so we were glad to have this option.
