Prairie Dog State Park

We love coming here to camp! The sites are really nice and the people are friendly. Large park area for the kids to play at too! My only complaint this last trip is the bathrooms/shower. Normally this place is immaculate but not this time! We even called and complained to let them know and this is now day 2 of the showers looking like an outhouse.

This a hidden treasure. We stayed only one night as we were passing through from I 80 to I 70. We have a class c, huge paved sites, full hook ups, shady areas, reservoir views. You must pay $5 for a state park pass, then I think it was $24 per night. We got there after hours, so we used a very easy check-in process. Nice big dump station on the way out. We would definitely stay again, if we are in that neighborhood ud83dude09.

Very clean, awesome campsites and lots to do!

This is a beautiful park. The site was clean and LEVEL! The wildlife was great. We saw 6 turkeys and numerous birds including our favorites, ORIOLES! We will stop here again on our way to Colorado.

What a beautiful park. We only had one day there but will definitely will be back for a longer stay!
