I was on the phone with the pharmacist tech and she kept cutting me off as I was speaking. I was trying to tell her to look at my account , because there was a manufacturer coupon to reduce cost of my meds. She kept cutting me off and then said ok i made it go through, she said thanks and hung up on me. I rarely make a negative review and I understand they are busy , but when it comes to someone health and money they should slow down.
Only able to fulfill basic tasks like filling prescriptions but unable to answer any questions or help in any other way. Even when calling ahead 6 hours and getting a time when it will be ready it never is. The drive through is always a minimum of an hour wait every time regardless of time of day. Just a complete failure in every single aspect of getting medicine.
You might be able to get covid here.
Anything else go to a diff store.
Please stay away from the worst area in the store AKA the pharmacy.

The worst customer service. On top of no customer service, no ones time matters to these people! Nothing is ever ready! And they always claim they don’t receive faxes from your physicians office! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!
Lacks professionalism ignores customers. Sad...professional care starts with good communication.
