I have never had anything but accurate, fast, friendly service. If you don't understand something, they help explain it to you and tell you what you need to do if you have problems. A few years back I had my identity stolen on my tax return and credit cards and they were very very helpful with telling me who to contact and what we needed to do. Needless to say, it took awhile but we made it thru with their help and we have never forgotten that.
