Marvelous date-night venue. Great food and top notch staff; a spacious, modern, and fun atmosphere while maintaining a historic feel. This is a wonderful addition to downtown Independence, KS.
Great food! I had rib, mac & cheese and my son had beans, fries and pulled pork sandwich. All was really wonderful. I would highly recommend stopping by.
The food is very good and the staff are friendly.nnHowever our last 3 deliveries have been late. This last time there wasn't a knock on the door and the food was left in the driveway so by the time it was found and brought inside it was cold.nnRecommend you eat in or carry out. Delivery needs some work.
Delivery was fast, the brisket Texas sandwich i got was flavorful, the baked potato salad was good, and the jalapeno beans were good. It's different than any barbecue in this area, not sweet, has a vinegary like flavor which was a welcome change. Over all it's a restaurant that you must try. Very good but different barbecue
I ordered a couple of days ago through the app, but the order said it was declined on my end. I obviously didn't pick my order up because I thought it was never placed. I check my bank account and I was still charged. I try to explain the problem to an employee but the employee tells me they can't do anything about it, as the manager has to resolve this issue, but the manager was unavailable. Then I try to call today 10/21/20 and they don't answer. So I go in, they're closed due to someone that works there getting Covid...... in hindsight I'm glad I didn't eat there.nnWish I could've at least got my $23 back.nnHow does a brand new business have a 4.2 review?
