Gave notice to vacate before the following month. He moves random peoples trailers into a locker with a lock. Never got deposit back. Save your money and buy a unit across the street. Inside storage is much cheaper there.
The prices are high and the units aren't tight. I could see the field behind mine from the back wall inside my unit and had lots of mice come in because of it. The man who runs it is very nice and keeps the property clean.
