I've had such a frustrating, time-consuming experience getting two (2) items delivered by Valley Vet.nn1) Inventory listed as available on their website was back-ordered for months. I was charged anyway, and was only told later that what I paid for was backordered.nn2) The company does not provide tracking numbers for shipments. When I ask for tracking numbers, I don't get them. I have had to call back and email several times to find out when an order is being delivered.nn3) Valley Vet is now charging me $60 to pay for a truck with a lift gate in order to deliver the item that was backordered for months. The item weighs the same amount as the previous item, for which I was not charged for a lift gate. NO other company has ever charged me for a lift gate. Valley Vet should ensure that their suppliers work with delivery companies that cover the cost of things like this. Valley Vet initially offered to help cover the cost of a lift gate and then refused to do so.nnThis is the worst experience I've had with an online company in years. Please shop elsewhere if you can!

i am giving a 1 star because when i went to check out, they wanted 130.00 to ship two spinning jenny's. I ended up paying 60 from powerflex.

Got good stuff but prices a little rich for my blood

Had to return my boots but they were a great help in doing so and now i have the perfect boots that fit so comfortably. Thank you! Great staff and clean.

Very nice people and it was easy to check in. They unload you really quick
