12 hrs to unloading, Very slow unloading, the only good thing is they have overnight parking
Dry receiver is friendly and fast. Unloaded early no issues. Overnight parking is available, lots of space. Phone # on receiver door to call for check in.
Arrived at 1115 for 1230apt. Got a door and loaded at 12:45. I saw a lot of trucks waiting. My experience was nice.
This place definitely does the best it can. With Covid, you can't go into the shipping office any more so you have to call them, and there's only one line. When it gets busy, you may have to call 10-20 times in a row to get a person. Once you're on the dock, they hustle to get you loaded and gone.
Slow as molasses, super friendly people. Porta potties, and a vending machine if i remember correctly. I got there early (I do not recommend) at 3 p.m. my appointment was at 9:30 p.m. they were super busy told me to come back at 8 pm i said no problem with plenty of on site parking. At 8 pm I check in with 3 drivers in front of me. I didn't get a door until 12:33 and here it is almost 12 hours after arrival and still not loaded.
