Very clean grounds, very nice people. Sounds of the highway and multiple trains will lull you sleep. Clean restrooms, nice showers. Would recommend for a quick over night stay.

Easy on off highway. Can't use restrooms unless you arrive during the 'office hours' to get a code

Went to play a quick round of disc golf. Nice little 9 hole with some challenging holes. Conveniently within walking distance from the truck stop.

Park is literally between I-35 and it’s semis and a train track, your TV WILL NOT get reception, office will provide cable box for charge....don’t bother asking for assistance of any kind you will be disappointed!!! And all for a modest cost of $600 monthlly
