Improving! When I put my first child in I struggled with anxiety and trust. My daughter's normal teacher would be gone and they'd have a substitute teen in training alone with the kids. My daughter's finger got smashed in a big door and i did not get a phone call or anything! When i picked up my baby she immediately cried and showed me at 1 year old. I took her to the emergency room and they made her wear this thing to keep the finger from bending. It was almost broken. I literally worked at the hospital. She should've been taken immediately. I complained the girl stopped working there and every since then they contact me for everything! The academy has improved and they are much better now. I now have another baby and he joined as well. They have a poor communication system though. I wish they had phones in the rooms
The atmosphere was so wonderful. Clean, educated teachers and great early childhood program.
