I scheduled to get an estimate from this company and had a date and time set. No one showed and no one called to say they wern't showing. I give them the benefit of the doubt, I understand people get busy. I called and tried to set up another appointment the lady I talked to was polite, I let her know that they had no showed and she apologized and said they would be by in the next two days. First day nothing I called to check that they would be by the next day and she assured me they would. Next day I called around one to remind them she said she would remind him. No one showed and no one called to say they weren't showing. A total waste of time. I wouldn't be so upset if someone would have just told me they were busy and wouldn't be by. I wouldn't recommend you waste your time with Swann painting because they have no regard for your time and clearly don't care about your business.nUPDATE: So I changed my review from a one star to a two star. Mr.Swann did finally call and apologize. He seemed genuine and was very polite. Hopefully if you use this company you will have better luck.
