I had gradually been getting fed up with HR Block due to a mistake made in 2017 taxes at the Fort Knox location which cost me out of pocket plus interest to the IRS. I decided to give them another try only because we had recently PCS'd and had a baby and wanted to be sure nothing was missed.nnLa Anna at the Fort Leavenworth PX location provided us with professional and emphatic customer service, helping to restore faith in the company and going out of her way to make things right. We highly recommend her and will be doing a by-name request for her specifically next year. Thank you!

they have more fees every year I go. not only do they charge a fee to do taxes for you (totally understandable) but now it seems like there is a processing fee, a deposit fee,and other fees ontop of that. The lady I had really worked with me on the cost and got me a good discount. they are professional and willing to find answers to your questions if they are unsure themselves.

Jenny was extremely knowledgeable and found every deduction I qualified for. She even gave advice on deductions I could qualify for next year. She's the best tax rep I've had from H&R Block to date.
