They are a busy sandwich place during lunch time but the staff is always friendly and the food always comes out as ordered.
I ordered a sub from here and I asked for it to be toasted and of course it wasn’t. When I noticed it wasn’t I called up there and I spoke with the manager/ owner I told him what happened and he asked the person that took my order if I asked for it like that she said no. Again I tell him I told her I wanted it toasted but she didn’t mark it like that. So he begins to tell me there’s nothing he can do about it and he can’t replace my sandwich I even offered to give him back the old one but he still told me no. I thought it was customers always right no matter if it was they’re mistake or ours.
Ordered last night, got home and wasn’t at all what either one of us ordered. They put a small bit of meat and cheese and that was it! Wouldn’t answer the phone to make it right when we noticed they didn’t add any of our toppings!
Horrible no soda was delivered with my food no chips. I wanted both subs toasted. They were not toasted. I ordered a chicken teriyaki which the meat should be warmed up. It was not warmed up. But the door dash person was sorry about the order. I as a worker in a sub shop at one point knows that the meat should have been warmed up. Horrible service!!!!!!
Used their drive-up kiosk ordering today—-very straightforward and easy to use. Service was fast and appreciated the friendly service at the window!
