Most of the time I do my own work on my vehicles. I had no time nor room to get my ujoints done. Brought it in to see if that is whay it was. Sure enough got it confirmed. Got a quote, very good price, and got it done same day. I am definetly giving you guys my business if something comes down to where I can not do it myself. And I will definetly recommend you to people if they have automotive needs. Awesome work and thank you for great service!!
My daughter who is a student at the local college there needed her car repaired, I was worried about somebody taking advantage of her when it comes to repair. As a father 2K miles away, what a relief to have an honest shop I can trust. Rich the owner and his office staff were super professional and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Hope’s End to anyone who needs repairs in the Mayville area.
2 hour job turned into a 8 hour job, replaced parts without permission, Left in the middle of the job and didnt contact us, Drove to the wrong apartment building and drove back to his shop and then drove to the right building and wasted my gas. All we got was a apology.
