Just placed an order for carry out and I want to say how polite one of the employees was! I believe his name is Cody but every time we order he is very nice, attentive and easy to talk too. We’ve also had pleasant experiences every time we order carry out and choose this Pizza Hut over other places in the area.
Called at 4 min until 4pm , (their opening time) and attempted to place an order to pick up through the drive thru. I was told they were not open yet and could not take my order. Seriously Pizza Hut? Is your business flourishing so much in Oswego KS that you can afford to not take an order 4 min before you’re officially open? Reading the previous reviews I would say not. No wonder Casey’s has picked up all your business.
Dear owner operator manager. Your store was our choice tonight, and I will not make that mistake again. Food is cold and your manager Becky is beyond rude. We ordered 80.00 in pizza and wings and got no sauces. I questioned your manager and got a rude belligerent woman. I will now be going to Columbus from here on out. Thank you.
Nice place but the tables needed to be wiped off and salt and pepper shakers needs to be wiped off to. Very sticky and the top fell off the red pepper shaker and everything thing fell out on my pizza. And it was around 3:30 pm. No one else in there so I think they could have been cleaning up for the supper time.
Pasta dish was half cold the other half was hot
