I ordered a supreme pizza with extra olives and very easy sauce. I recieved a pizza with ALOT OF SAUCE AND NO OLIVES AT ALL. When I called to request my pizza be remade the way I asked young lady says she can't find a BUTTON add olives to my pizza. I explain to her that it's an added topping and I have no problem paying for the olives. She says I can't even charge you for the olives because there's no button to push!???! I have ordered my pizza the same way for 20++ years. I tell her to please remake my pizza with very little sauce and extra olives please. Which she replied well there maybe an extra charge for the olives. Pizza Hut is losing my business because this young lady was doing her best to make it sound Impossible to make the pizza with the toppings of my choice because she couldn't find a button to push. I did finally receive my order and some how there's extra olives that I was happy to pay for an extra $3.25 to get. Smh
Need better Service And make sure to get all the orders Made.
If anyone in Parsons, Kansas is desperate for a Pizza Hut, I suggest you make the trip to Independence, Kansas. Parsons, in contrast to Independence, has employees without gloves or masks. I feel much safer in Independence, where employees deliver the pizza through a drive through window wearing masks, gloves, and smiles behind those masks!
Pizzas are always hot and fresh when promised and special instructions/modifications are to our liking. One small issue with a previous order was well handled by both staff and management. Even during peak and very busy times staff is kind and courteous.
Not as good as it used to be. But not gonna complain about it.
