The amount charged to prepare taxes this year cost more than last year doing two years together. The person doing my return was not qualified to do my return and said so in the beginning. I had to help him figure out how to proceed on certain areas and it took longer than I feel it should have due to these issues. I don't feel like the last couple of years were done properly. I had the same person all prior yrs before and was happy with their service. I can't say that I have been since that has changed. Different people each time and not comfortable with their knowledge.

Customer Service is great. Wait time is usually less than 30 minutes. Taxes done easy and fast for returning H and R block users and easy to complete for new users.
