Urban Bridal Shop

This is an amazing shop. I went to three different stores locally while looking for my wedding dress, and Urban Bridal was definitely the best in terms of fantastic costumer service, a great selection of beautiful dresses, and just a really nice and clean shop. Sarah and McKenzie made me feel so relaxed and appreciated as a customer. They weren't pushy on sales, and were very knowledgeable with every question I had. I was able to communicate by text with Sarah who followed up with me after I came in to help me find my dream dress. The service was great- my mom and I were offered coffee and mimosas both times we visited, and we definitely felt very comfortable. I would recommend this shop to any bride who's looking for a unique gown that won't necessarily break the bank.

If you are a bride-to-be, this is the first place you need to visit when dress shopping! I worked with both Sarah and Jen to find a new dress when having second thoughts about the first dress I bought. They were both so reassuring, helpful, and calming to work with. Their service is so attentive, they go above and beyond to make you feel celebrated (mimosas and the whole nine yards, ladies), and they are so down to earth and relaxed while working hard to find you the perfect dress. Not only are they very reasonable prices and respectful of budget, but also incredibly helpful with determining alterations costs (which can be unexpectedly high). Urban is by far one of my favorite bridal stores out of the many that I have visited.

I had the best experience of my life with Sarah at Urban Bridal! This was my first appointment for wedding dress shopping and she helped us feel so comfortable. She was so personable and encouraging, knew the right thing to say and do. Just made me feel like a queen. And helped me say yes my wedding dress! I am recommending her to everyone I know!

This place is really neat. My daughter was in awe. I was praying we would find it here and we did. Beautiful dress and those ladies are really great to work with!
