I recommended my son take his taxes here. We have used them in the past. He is an independent contractor. At the time dropped them off he said he was in a hurry. After 2 weeks he checked back. The advisor had not touched them He again told them he needed them asap. After 5 weeks they had not touched them. He decided he had not choice except to get them done elsewhere. The tax advisor first tried to lie and tell him he had tried to contact him several times. When my son offered to locate those calls on his phone, he changed his story. The supervisor witnessed it. Apologized, but made not effort to rectify the problem.

Trish Casey is the best. She has done my taxes for nearly 10 years and takes an interest in my life and how she can help guide me to save on paying taxes. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with.

John T. Robbins is a highly compentent tax preparer, thoughrow, detailed and professional. Plus we were in and out in less than 90 minutes.

I would never recommend this office. They are extremely unprofessional and incompetent. My husband and I sought advice and help with filings from them six months ago and have been strung along ever since with repeated promises to finish, but we have yet to get the information requested and the completed returns. Mr. Weiner, the advisor we have been working with has come up with excuse after excuse for why he hasn't found the time to complete the filings in over 6 months. After multiple complaints to both customer service and Jerry, the office manager, that Mr. Weiner has been unresponsive to emails and phone calls and that he is either unable and/or unwilling to complete our filings in a timely manner, we still have not received the tax advice and completed filings we have been waiting for. I don't understand how these people stay in business with service like this! I have filed another complaint with customer service but I'm not holding my breath that it will make any difference since all other complaints have thus far fallen on deaf ears. I recommend you go elsewhere if you expect any degree of professionalism and competence.
