Mike McCoy has done my taxes for years. He's very knowledgeable and thorough. I have complete confidence that my taxes are always done right. He also is good about explaining how the return was completed, what things changed year to year, and any steps I should take for next year.

My Tax Preparer, Laurie, was very Kind, caring and concerned that my taxes were done properly for the IRS. We discussed and evaluated a certain issue to come up with an answer. When my taxes were rejected by the IRS, she went after the problem and corrected it while I was still in the office. I am happy to say that I will use H&R Block in the future, and Laurie will be my Preparer every tax season. Thank you.

I came in to get a printed off version of my last years taxes. The lady I had talked to got my information and had said that there wasn’t anything in the system for me which I know is not true, I filed at a different location but still H&R block. She wanted me to call the original location which I had done earlier and the original location told me to go in to any location for authentication purposes. She didn’t want to hear anything about the fact that I had already called them. She was very rude and interrupted me. I do not recommend working with the gals from this location. I did not accomplish my goals and it was difficult to even get that far

Mr. McCoy impressed me with his expertise and professionalism in preparing my taxes. He was patient in answering my questions and was careful to explain each step in the process.
