Target

I went in to get five things. that it. just five things. they were out of everything except one thing. i then headed over to the checkout and the line for self checkout was really far back and there were no registers open! finally someone opened up and that lady closed her lane without telling a few people and they were waiting for about twenty min! They then had to get to the back of the self checkout line. i was annoyed because i shopped for five minutes and waited in line for 30!!! i went to a register that finally opened up and the lady didn’t say anything except “is that it” and i said “yeah cause everything was out of stock” and she just didn’t say anything after that. all the registers that they tried to open all had technical issues too. overall i love target but right now i don’t want to go back ever because the employees are not upbeat and happy and seem like they don’t want to be there, they are always out of stock for everything, the line for checking out is always extremely long, and they never have registers open even though they are very busy! I am very upset with the customer service and limited options on the shelves mostly

I do NOT like self check out. I love Target but do not like to self check a big order. My Target on 151st St in OP, KS only has self check lanes open. They just put in the grocery store part but I am now more likely to go down the street to a real grocery store where they will check me out not leave me to self-check. Target is losing alot of money from me due to this.
